Alan Lazarus and Jerry Williamson founded Lazarus & Williamson, LLC, intent on combining art and function in very fine furnishings. Located in the Historic Mill District of Paterson New Jersey, this artisan studio is a resource for technically sophisticated and exquisitely conceived solid wood and exotic veneer furniture.

With over four decades of experience in making furniture and challenging boundaries of design, Alan and Jerry continue to develop new insights in the use of technology and materials through their research and showing of model pieces. Sharing an interest in designing furniture that address fine arts issues they also collaborate with designers, architects and individual clients to resolve design requirements. Their understanding of the decorative arts from the traditional to modern provides an important foundation for achieving extraordinary furniture solutions.
